Getting Started

How do I start?

Step One: Apply for vendor status here. You may begin submitting artwork immediately.
Step Two: Submit your artwork for review here.
Step Three: Wait for vendor and artwork approval.
  • Vendor Applications will be reviewed within 48 hours, Monday through Friday. 
  • Artwork will be approved within 72 hours, Monday through Friday. 
  • Artwork is matched with products individually and can take up to 5 days to appear on the site after approval.
Step Four: Tell your friends and followers where they can find your new products!

What kind of content can I submit?

FandomFashions celebrates all things furry. We're seeking various styles of artwork, from full illustrations to text art. Please note that FandomFashions is a SFW marketplace. Pornographic and overly sexual content will not be accepted into our catalog.

I want my printing to have very specific placement. Can you do that?

Possibly, make a note when uploading your artwork and I may be able to accomodate. For full print and assembled items, I highly recommend downloading templates to ensure proper coverage and placement.

Product Information

What type of printing is it?

FandomFashions Print on Demand offers DTG and Dye Sub printing for individual orders. Bulk and wholesale orders have more printing options available.

How long does it take for my customer to get their order?

Items are made on demand and take 6-9 business days to produce. Your customer can choose their preferred shipping method at checkout.

How much can I sell?

FandomFashions may occasionally feature your products in advertisements but I cannot guarantee any sales. I highly recommend sharing a link to your products to help people find your stuff!

How do I place a bulk/wholesale order?

How do I produce custom products?

FandomFashions offers printing for artists to fulfill individual orders to their fans on base products. If you'd like to have a product custom developed from the ground up, such as plush, pins or other items, please visit our sister company for more information, 


How do I collect payment?

I pay via Paypal or check. You can arrange alternative payment methods upon request.

When do I get paid?

Payments are sent out 20 days after the end of the month. (i.e. You would be paid for all sales from March 1 through March 31st by April 20th.)

How much do I get paid per sale?

Our standard items have base payout rates. We offer additional items upon request, but pricing varies for these items. You can view our pricing and payments information here.

Can I get more commission for my sales?

FandomFashions is offering higher commission payouts for those who take on tasks and help their fellow artists. Contact to discuss opportunities.

What have I sold?

You will be issued a sales report with your monthly payment.


We charge your customer taxes when and where they are applicable. Please ask your tax professional about reporting your earnings.


I don't want to sell through FandomFashions anymore. How do I close my account?

Contact Zhivago via Telegram or via e-mail at Your items will be removed within 3 business days and your final payment will be issued on the next paycycle after the end of the month.
